Can multiple staff members use Grant at the same time?

Yes. Multiple team members can log in and collaborate with Grant together. Everyone can: View the grant recommendations. - Review and edit drafts. - Share updates or program information for future applications. At this time, there aren’t separate role-based permissions inside the Platform, so any team member with access can approve or edit. That said, you can coordinate internally to decide who leads each step, and Grant will still learn from all feedback provided. Tip: Many nonprofits find it helpful to have one point person to coordinate final approvals & submissions, while still letting staff or volunteers add input and updates to Grant along the way.
