# How do we communicate with Vee?
Most communication is handled directly by email through Maggie, Grant, or our Support team. They’re available 24/7, so you can always reach out whenever you need help or want to share updates. If something requires additional attention, we’ll gladly escalate to a call or video conference with our Customer Success team. This way you always have direct access to both your AI teammates and our human team, ensuring your nonprofit gets the support it needs in the way that works best for you.
