How long does setup take before Maggie starts working?
Setup usually takes less than an hour. Once your social accounts are connected and you’ve uploaded your brand assets (logo, fonts, and colors), Maggie can start creating posts right away. From there, Maggie begins building your content calendar using your brand style so your posts look professional, consistent, and tailored to your nonprofit from day one. The more effort you put in up front, the better Maggie will serve your nonprofit long term. We recommend taking the first few days to email or upload content into the Vee Platform so Maggie has everything she needs to hit the ground running. Examples of what to share with her right away include: - Images from past events or programs - Old flyers, brochures, or graphics that show your brand style - Program information and impact reports to capture your nonprofit’s story - Volunteer or participant stories and quotes that bring your work to life Think of this as onboarding a new staff member—the more background you give Maggie at the start, the faster she’ll learn your voice, style, and priorities. That upfront investment will save you time down the road and make your content stronger from the beginning.
