What’s the difference between Planned, Awaiting Approval, Scheduled, and Published?

Planned – Draft post created by Maggie, not yet ready for approval. Awaiting Approval – Post is ready and waiting for your review. Nothing goes live until you approve. Scheduled – You approved the post and set a time. Maggie will auto-publish then. Published – The post is live on your social media. Maggie tracks its performance and includes it in your reports.
